There will be boundaries and structured care delivered by skilled support staff that are able to provide close supervision. We also have a full therapy team onsite to meet the needs of the Young People and work closely with staff to provide well rounded care based on our therapeutic model for the children’s home.
We have extensive experience working in a variety of children settings. Our admission process starts with carrying out a highly specialised assessment and we use a variety of methods to engage children and young people.
We aim to provide a therapeutic placement based on our therapeutic model to help Young People grow and develop life skills, stabilise their behaviour, improve in social engagement and interactions and to have a healthy sense of being part of the community.
We have an incredible team of support staff and therapists who work tirelessly to provide excellent services for young people.
