Registered Manager

Sophie has worked in the care sector for 19 years, with the past five years as a Deputy Manager in a residential children’s home for young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. During this time, she has also held the role of one of the home's Designated Safeguarding Leads, taking a key role in promoting and maintaining high safeguarding standards across the service.

She has completed a Level 4 Diploma in Working with Children and Families, which has strengthened her understanding of child development, attachment, and multi-agency working.

Her experience includes leading staff teams, implementing behaviour management strategies, and delivering trauma-informed care. Sophie is committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports young people to achieve positive outcomes and reach their full potential.
