Ryan took the opportunity to join Soteria Children's Services from the onset and brings with him a demonstrated ability to confidently lead staff teams to deliver the highest quality of child centred care. Ryan has a recognised strength in supporting homes to improve service subsequently gaining improved ratings.
Ryan’s dedication and commitment to the care sector has given him accumulatively over 14 years’ experience where he has consistently developed his leadership style, skillset and his ability to creatively interpret regulation effectively within various settings.
Ryan has successfully fulfilled the role of Regional Safeguarding Lead for a number of years. Within this role he has securely safeguarded young people ensuring transparent and collaborative working within the safeguarding arena.
Ryan has a proven track record under Ofsted registration of gaining positive outcomes for Children and Young people. Ryan’s enthusiasm to develop and upskill staff has led him to deliver numerous training regimes such as behaviour support models, First Aid and packages tailored around regulatory expectations and requirements.
After months of planning and preparation to ensure everything was in place for our first home to open its doors, we asked why Ryan felt joining Soteria Children's Services would be a positive move for him:
